Drei Jahre verbringt Michael Keller unschuldig hinter Gittern und büßt für ein Verbrechen, das sein Bruder begangen hat. Kaum ist er wieder in Freiheit, verlangen die Schläger von Gangboß Fisher die 500.000 Dollar zurück, die ihnen Michaels Bruder abgenommen hat. Um ihrer Forderung Nachdruck zu verleihen, entführen sie seine Freundin Lisa. Michael und der Vietnamveteran Harry befreien Lisa aus den Fängen Fishers und verschanzen sich in einer abgelegenen Hütte. Die Gangster finden beim Sturm auf das Blockhaus den Tod. Bevor sich Harry, Michael und Lisa aber an ihrem Dollar-Reichtum erfreuen können, müssen sie erst noch einen korrupten Polizisten ausschalten.
